CANCELLATION OF ORDER

1. MerakiMix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for products listed at an incorrect price or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Orders may also be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases:

• If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction; or
• If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not confirm to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement; or
• In case of unavailability of product(s); or
• For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
